Aqua Crystal Attack! -uses septor. sends a wave of water at the enemy and encases them in crystal. Similar to Shine Aqua Illusion only using a septor and it has bigger range and is more powerful.
       Weapons/Equipment: Wand/Septor. Looks like Chibiusa's pink sugar heart rod only it's baby blue and has a raindrop instead of a heart.
